    About the job
    Air Arabia are looking to recruit Cabin Crew for their hub in Sharjah. If you fit the below criteria and are look for an exciting new challenge, please submit your CV and photograph. 

    Requirements:
    • A Higher Secondary education with good pass results is essential good English language command.
    • Must be within the age band of 21 years and 30 years.
    • Must be educated to a minimum level of accredited Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.
    • Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is always an advantage.
    • Must meet the below mentioned height and weight criteria.
      Male: HT - 165 cm. WT -68 to 82 kg.
      Female: HT -160 cm WT - 58 to 70 kg.
    • Ability to swim at least 30m unaided in open water, without a flotation device.
    • Clear skin with no marks / tattoos that would be visible whilst wearing the uniform.
    • Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
    • Cabin Crew / Nursing experience would be an asset.

    The Box Office Staff Team Member is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience while purchasing tickets to the show is exceptional. Fast, Efficient, and the friendliest of service are requirements. The box office service areas are the responsibility of the Box Office Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure the cleanliness, neatness, and professional image of these areas in all aspects.

    The Usher is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the cinema site is always exceptional. The in auditorium experience as well as the lobby and other public areas are the responsibility of the usher to oversee and ensure excellence.

    The Concession Staff Team Member is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience at the concession stand is always exceptional. The concession and food service areas are the responsibility of the Concession Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure excellence of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service as it relates to the concession experience.

    The 7 star concession and food service areas are the responsibility of the 7 star Food Service Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure excellence of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service as it relates to the concession experience.

    The 7 star Usher/Concierge is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the cinema is exceptional. The comfort of our 7 star guests is the primary focus at all times.     Requirements

    - Bachelor or High School Degree.
    - 2 years or above experience in Hotel and Restaurant.

    • Brief GHA on new procedures and ensure that they are implemented accurately and fully.
    • Ensures that the needed pre and post flight administration is conducted timely, recording efficiently all flight activities.
    • Assist passengers in regards to entry requirements, visas and resident permits.
    • Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
    About You: To be successful in this role, you must have trade or vocational qualification, with 3 years of job related experience in customer service and at least 1 of year experience in Airport Operations of a leading airline. High energy and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressured and demanding environment.

    Successful candidate must be willing to work in shifts including weekends and night shifts.
    Fluency in English  and Arabic (Oral and written ) is essential for this role. Knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS will be an added advantage.
