The Role

The Box Office Staff Team Member is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience while purchasing tickets to the show is exceptional. Fast, Efficient, and the friendliest of service are requirements. The box office service areas are the responsibility of the Box Office Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure the cleanliness, neatness, and professional image of these areas in all aspects.

The Usher is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the cinema site is always exceptional. The in auditorium experience as well as the lobby and other public areas are the responsibility of the usher to oversee and ensure excellence.

The Concession Staff Team Member is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience at the concession stand is always exceptional. The concession and food service areas are the responsibility of the Concession Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure excellence of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service as it relates to the concession experience.

The 7 star concession and food service areas are the responsibility of the 7 star Food Service Staff Team Member. It is critical to ensure excellence of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service as it relates to the concession experience.

The 7 star Usher/Concierge is specifically responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the cinema is exceptional. The comfort of our 7 star guests is the primary focus at all times. The in auditorium experience as well as the lobby and other public areas are the responsibility of the 7 star usher/concierge to oversee and ensure excellence.

Requirements

- Bachelor or High School Degree.
- 2 years or above experience in Hotel and Restaurant.
- Good knowledge in Hospitality and Customer Service.
- Good English Communication skills, Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven track record in a support role within a prestige level service based, environment.
- Commitment to excellence in Guest service with proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail.

Ongoing expansion will see our numbers grow to over 200 screens by 2015 – and our IMAX network extended to four spectacular screens.
